Rental Policy

Rental Requirements:

 

Valid driver's license

• Minimum age of 18 (25 for certain vehicles)

• Major credit card in your name

• Full coverage automotive insurance

 

Rental Period:

A rental day constitutes a 24-hour period. We offer a 30-minute grace period for returns before late charges apply.

 

At the Time of Rental:

Ensure you have your driver's license, insurance card, and the credit card used for reservation with you.

 

Private Drivers:

If you prefer to sit back and enjoy the sights, we can arrange a private driver for an additional cost. Contact us for details.

 

Cancellation Policy:

All ETRents rental reservations are non-refundable. However, if plans change, the rental fee will be converted into a future store credit valid for one year from the original contract date.

 

Additional Drivers:

Additional drivers are permitted, provided they meet the same requirements as the primary renter. There is no charge for additional drivers.

 

Vehicle Delivery:

We offer convenient vehicle delivery within the DFW metroplex, though a delivery charge applies.  We also have secured on-site parking available at our storage location upon request.

 

Driving Area Restrictions:

While our vehicles can be driven anywhere in the United States, certain restrictions apply. Please inform us if you plan to drive the vehicle outside Texas and obtain written authorization from ETRents.

 

Airport Pickup/Drop-off:

We provide airport pickup and drop-off services at surrounding airports, subject to a fee.

 

Smoking Policy:

To ensure the comfort of all future renters, smoking is prohibited in our vehicles. Violations may incur a cleaning charge.

 

Payment Methods:

We accept various payment methods including Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover, Zelle, Apple Pay, and PayPal.

 

Production Use:

For production considerations, additional photos of our vehicles are available upon request. Simply contact our office, and we'll gladly assist you.

 

Additional Per Mile Charge Fee:

In addition to the specified mileage included with each rental, any miles driven beyond this limit will be subject to an additional per mile charge.
